In today's mass tourism world, going to Bucket List destinations means mass crowds. With Covid, good fortune and timing made this a perfect trip. We have been to Angkor a few times before it became a MUST-visit destination. This time just realised that the Chinese were not allowed to travel yet after Covid, which provided the perfect opportunity to revisit Angkor without the crowds. It was better than the first visit, more than twenty years ago. It is still a very special place
